2. Donations & Communications
The Youth Activities and Academics Levy Committee accepts donations to support campaign activities. By donating, you acknowledge that:

Contributions are made voluntarily and are non-refundable.

Donations must comply with all applicable Oregon campaign finance laws (ORS Chapter 260) and Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations.

Contributions are limited to individuals and entities legally permitted to donate.

Donors must provide accurate personal information as required by law.

We will provide supporters with updates, event invitations, donation asks, and voting reminders.
You can cancel email or SMS services at any time. Just text or email "STOP". After this, you will no longer receive email or SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending email or SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the text messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@YesForAshlandSchools.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
You can expect to receive no more than 1 text message per day from the Youth Activities and Academics Levy Committee. As always, message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please see the next section below.
